Selection procedure

We seek to hire the best and brightest. This means we wish to respect your time and ensure our objectives are aligned. To do so, depending on the position / region, here is an idea of what you can expect when applying for a position with Axxor.

Step 1	Response within 5 days
	You will know within 5 working days whether the next step will be taken (and if so, which one).
Step 2	An assessment
	Curious as we are, we want to know everything about you right away. You complete an online assessment via your device at home.
Step 3	The 1st interview
	During our 1st meeting we get to know and discuss what we can do for each other.
Step 4	The 2nd interview
	In a second meeting we put the finishing touches and answer the final questions. That way we both know what we are getting into.
Step 5	Contract
	Both equally enthusiastic!? Together with your future manager you list all agreements about working at Axxor.
