For over 30 years, we’ve mastered the art of producing paper honeycomb core, a strong, lightweight structure inspired by nature and made entirely from recycled paper. One of the industries where the need for sustainable solutions is growing rapidly is the packaging market. Public awareness is driving the shift toward more environmentally friendly materials. Combined with new regulations, such as the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), the search for sustainable alternatives to materials like EPS is becoming increasingly urgent. One of those alternatives (we belief it’s the best) is paper honeycomb core.
That’s why we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager who sees the potential of our core, and ready to support the transformation of the packaging industry. As Account Manager Sales, you drive topline growth by maintaining and expanding business with existing and new customers.





WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AND WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain and grow ongoing customer relationships for the accounts in your area of responsibility (Focus on Packaging Solutions)
- Take accountability for customer-level P&L, including KPIs such as turnover, profitability, and new business development.
- Provide technical and commercial support to key customers, including sharing of best practices, support towards end-user requirements and providing sustainability data.
- Identify and execute on opportunities for growth with existing and new customers
- Analyse markets and competitors to actively advice on growth opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and visit reporting through CRM
- Play a significant role in aligning product and customer interests to achieve long-term customer cooperation
WHAT YOUR BRING/WHAT YOU HAVE
- Strong commercial mindset with ownership and drive
- Convincing communication skills, negotiation ability, and fluent presentation and moderation skills in English plus minimum one other European Language
- Pro-active approach, taking ownership and responsibility
- Planning & organization mindset; Setting goals, prioritization and coordination to deliver results
- Proficient user skills of CRM systems and standard IT applications such as MS Office
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the packaging industry ideally BtB related
- Degree in (technical) sciences or business administration (Master/MBA is a plus)
- Willing to travel 40%-60% in a hybrid role
